Social Determinants of Health ECHO

TRAINING

Impacting Social Determinants of Health

Join us to learn about Social Determinants of Health and how they affect students and families. The series will focus on how school-community partnerships can impact the five domains of the Social Determinants of Health (Health care access and quality, Education access and quality, Social and community context, Neighborhood and built community, and Economic Stability.) Join us for monthly ECHO sessions featuring organizations and schools focused on each domain. They’ll share how their work makes a difference for schools and communities, as well as improves educational outcomes. This series also includes resources to begin this work in your community.

We will use the Project ECHO model of telementoring to build a virtual community of learners. There is no cost to attend, and training is online via Zoom. View flyer.
