  • NIH Activity Book: Activity book including coloring pages, word hunts, other games that also focus on teaching simple facts/lessons about the brain. 
  • Health Powered Kids: Focuses on brain health, and gives a variety of activities and lessons, each catered towards different ways to take care of yourself.

  • Video Series: Jane the Brain: In this fun and colorful video series from the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), Jane, our super-smart and friendly animated character, helps kids understand big feelings like stress, frustration, and sadness.
  • Explaining Brains blog: Dr. Liz Angoff is a psychologist in Northern California and has a blog on all kinds of different ways to explain neurodiversity to kids.
